Our new Over 50 group "Fun After 50" met Monday night

Our Fun After 50 group had our first meeting Monday evening. We had a great turnout with 38 people attending.

After a great potluck meal, we discussed several ideas for future fun events. Some ideas included a trip to tour the Ark Encounter in Williamstown, KY, shows and events in Pigeon Forge, etc. We expect to meet again in August when we expect to firm up plans for our first excursion. Meanwhile, some in the group are investigating costs for charter bus rentals and entry ticket prices for group events.
